Nominations for the Garden of Merit Awards

 

Get your Garden and yard landscaping recognized with an award from the De Pere Beautification Committee. Properties will be awarded with a plaque and recognized by the De Pere Common Council at a meeting later in the year. A Garden of Merit yard sign will distinguish each award recipient and will be on display on their property for a limited time.  
     
The De Pere Committee will be taking forms until this Friday, July 26th. The Garden of Merit Award recognizes yards for creative plantings, colors, textures, landscaping and originality. The committee will choose 2 residential yards and 2 non-residential yards in the De Pere City Limits to be nominated. Click the link below to download the form and print off. Send in forms with pictures, 10 at the very maximum Please. Awards will be announced August 12th, 2013.

You may also pick up forms at the De Pere Greenhouse, The Kress Library, and The De Pere City Hall.

The De Pere Beautification Committee connected with the De Pere Area Chamber of Commerce, keeps a focus on creating beautification projects and creating landscape, in an effort to continually beautify De Pere.
