Green Bay Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department is in need of basketball referees for Monday co-ed and Wednesday night adult men’s leagues.  Individuals interested in working should have knowledge of the game and a mature, responsible disposition.

INFORMATION:

INTRO TO SPORTS

Introduce your youngster to sports.  A skill building class which focuses on building confidence, teamwork, fundamentals, and having fun! Catching, Throwing, Kicking and Passing.

Location: Franklin School (small gym), 1234 W. Mason St.
Dates: Saturdays, January 4, 11, 18, 25
Ages: 4-5 years
Fee: $20.00 Residents/$30.00 Non-Residents

MINI DRIBBLERS

Mini Dribblers is a basketball skill-building clinic for boys and girls ages 6-9. Instruction focuses on developing skills and self-confidence, learning to be a team player and having fun. The clinic will teach such skills as right and left hand dribbling, passing techniques, shooting form, running drills and more.

ADULT BASKETBALL

Men’s and Co-Ed officiated leagues are played at school sites around Green Bay. The season consists of 12-14 games. Co-Ed Monday night leagues and Men’s Wednesday leagues are available.

Location: Various gyms throughout the City 
Dates:  Wednesdays- November 6- March 5
Mondays- November 11- March 10

Registration: Resident teams registration now through Sept. 17
Open Registration: Sept. 18- Oct. 14
Team Fees: $420.00 (includes tax) $32.00 Non-Resident Fee (per non-resident)

We may take additional teams after the deadline if openings exist
