The Health Tip: Resolving the effects of stress and anxiety.

1.
When you feel yourself getting stressed out, you feel your shoulders up to your ears and you are trying to hold it all together, STOP.  Take 2 minutes to breathe. In through your nose, out through your nose, breathing, conscious breathing. Breathe and feel the effects of stress moving off of you. Your breath is a great antidote to resolving stress and anxiety.
  
2. You have to feel to heal
You have to feel, to heal. There isn't any shortcut, or bypass. What is important to know is that memories of what has happened to you will never hurt you. Feeling is the way in, the way through and the way out, to you being your authentic you. 


3.  Pain is a marker, it's telling you something,  stop trying to make it go away!
You know how you keep telling yourself, the pain you have been experiencing will just get better by itself. If you just forget about it, it will resolve by itself. Your body will never lie to you, your body is asking you to pay attention, take care of it, AND stop ignoring it and magically thinking the problems will go away.

4. Listen, its a huge gift to yourself and others.

Pay attention to your words, your thoughts, and your actions. They speak volumes about how you are showing up every day. Want to show up differently?  Learn how to be a better listener, learn how to hear to yourself and hear those people you need to listen to out in the world.
