Also, find an activity partner that wants to share your same goals, often social media is a great way to meet someone.

    Chances are your friends and family are also thinking about getting fit, but may not know where to start. By posting online about your experience, you can be the catalyst for someone else starting their fitness journey at the same time collaborate with other like minded individuals.
