Easy Ways to Cut Calories!

Healthier ways to reduce calories:
1. Cut those empty calories by reducing butter and oil in baked goods.  Use applesauce instead.  1/2 cup of applesauce is equal to 1 cup of oil or butter.
2. Use a healthier stir-fry method by using a small amount of broth instead of using oil.  Why, because heating oils causes them to oxidize which changes the flavor and creates free radicals that are harmful to your health.  The broth method is healthier and is tastier. 
3. Eat more bell peppers-high in Vitamin C, low in calories only 25 calories in 1 cup
