Enjoy the scenery of the zoo as you try different entrées and beverages from the vendors. AUGUST 7 11:30 am, Ryan Funeral Home & Crematory 305 N Tenth St, De Pere Food for Thought Series-Eat Well/Shop Smart: Directed by Stephanie Schultz RD, CD Health & Wellness Director of Festival Foods. Learn about healthy food choices and how to avoid unhealthy decisions. This workshop can help keep your wallet fat but not your waist.  Located in the Marquette Reception Room. Free lunch at 11:30 am and the free program to begin at 12:15pm. Enjoy the 30 plus musicians to be featured. Friday and Saturday evening concerts in the Mielke Theatre and daytime concerts in Mielke Park. Featured crafts, children’s activities, food, vendors, open stage. Daytime tickets $12, night tickets $20 and Weekend tickets $60. Photo and autograph opportunities. Proceeds go to benefit the Wounded Warrior Amputee Football Team. Cost is $10. Please visitwww.woundedwarrioramputeefootballteam.org   AUGUST 10-11 10-3pm, Nicolet Airport 2625 Humboldt Rd, Green Bay Model Airplane Club RC Air Show and Corn Roast:Catch the 1pm show performed by the Northern Aces Show Team. There will be a bounce house, food and beverages. Bring your own lawn chairs and blankets for sitting.  Cost is $5 a car load. Unlimited shooting and instruction how-to. Refreshments will be provided and bring your own shotgun and ammo is provided for the first 2 rounds. You will need to register each child on the website and then you will receive the free passes every week by email.
