As the core of the cold air settles across the region today and tomorrow. This will result in low temperatures well below zero andwidespread wind chill readings of 35 to 45 degrees below zero. Limited outdoor activity is advised. If you must be outdoors, wear layers as well as a hat and gloves. Frostbite can develop on exposed skin in as little at 10 minutes with wind chills this low.
For my suggestion to fix your cold shivers, I recommend visiting my favorite coffee spots to stay warm and hangout if you must go outside or want to hang with friends, co-workers, or family.
I have 2 favorite spots that come to mind first and always have a very calm, chilling atmosphere.
1. Kavarna Coffeehouse
"serving a menu of delicious, vegetarian foods, well-prepared espresso drinks, a wonderful selection of tea, and other fine beverages"
I love this place because it has upstairs sitting area and a lower downstairs area. The upstairs has beautiful bay windows with lots of natural light and a food serving area on one side with sitting and the coffee/tea serving area on the other.
If you travel to the lower region you will discover more sitting but with a more quieter atmosphere. There are outlets around the building for you to bring your mobile devices to plug into and do homework, listen to music, or catch up on some of your videos.
They have very unique coffee and tea flavors as well as yummy pastries of all flavors. They are very dedicated to providing alternative healthier menu options which can make anyone feel good about their order. Stop in and try something new. You only live once and you can't live in Green Bay without checking this place out.

2. Goodwill West Harmony Café
This place always has something to offer from musical performances, game day, a mini-cyber networking area, play area for children and even a business meeting room for more formal get togethers. There is an area for everyone in this place.
The space is very welcoming and the interior colors are very warm and inviting. They have an amazing menu to choose from with specials every week. Their sandwiches are the best. They have a beautiful display of desserts including pies, cookies, and cakes.
Their coffee is undeniable delicious and ask for their homemade whipped cream. You'll never get a whipped coffee drink the same ever again.
